Fig Tree Pocket Equestrian Centre

Masterplan for a small but significant suburban equestrian centre. Brief priorities include additional arena space, safer low-maintenance yards, better-organised competitor parking and improved site circulation. The masterplan relocates dilapidated horse yards away from a large Moreton Bay Fig tree to address biosecurity risk (Hendra virus transfer), and extends the cross-country course into the main arena to broaden the venue's spectator appeal.
